How to build a base (Astral Projection)

Base building in Witchspire is unusual: instead of placing pieces from where you stand, you project your spirit out of your body and build freely in zero gravity. The Hearth is what makes it possible.

  1. 01

    Place a Hearth

The Hearth is your home anchor. It defines the radius inside which you can build.

💡 The build radius grows as you upgrade the Hearth level.

  2. 02

    Enter Astral Projection

Leave your body and float as a spirit. In this zero-gravity mode you can place and align building pieces from any angle.

  3. 03

    Build inside the radius

Construct your sanctuary anywhere within the Hearth-anchored radius. Need more room? Upgrade the Hearth to expand it.

Hearths, upgrades & fast travel

Once you have more than one Hearth, they stop being just home bases and become a travel network across the world.

Cozy-survival design (no hunger)

Witchspire deliberately drops the usual survival pressure systems so you can focus on familiars and building.

No survival meters

There are no hunger, thirst or energy bars. Food exists only to restore health, and the day/night cycle changes encounters (some familiars are night-only) rather than threatening your survival.
